Appointments can be rescheduled by clients online. We are currently opting not to instil cancellation charges, however, if you provide less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of your appointment you may incur the cost of the transaction fee charged by our payment system providers (PayPal and Square), details of these fees can be found on the respective Third Party Websites. Note we do not gain anything from these charges, this is simply to prevent undue losses of our own.
Online Store products from sportscimed.co.uk are digital content downloads which are made available immediately following purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2014, if you download digital content within the 14-day cancellation period following purchase you agree to waive your cancellation rights. No refunds will be given following download of purchase as these cannot be returned. Support and complaints regarding accidental purchase option in the hope of exchanges, dissatisfaction with immediate quality, or technical issues with downloads can be sent to email@example.com.
Those under 16 years of age are required to provide parental/legal guardian’s consent. This person has the right to be present for any appointments.
