While we endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair, or for reasons beyond our control.

Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled by clients who have created accounts online. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy as per industry standards, note that without sufficient notice of cancellation of your appointment you may incur the full cost of appointment - while all cancellations may also incur the transaction fee charged by our payment system providers (PayPal and Square), details of these fees can be found on the respective Third Party Websites. Note we do not gain anything from these charges, this is simply to prevent undue losses of our own.

Refunds

Online Store products from sportscimed.co.uk are digital content downloads which are made available immediately following purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2014, if you download digital content within the 14-day cancellation period following purchase you agree to waive your cancellation rights. No refunds will be given following download of purchase as these cannot be returned. Support and complaints regarding accidental purchase option in the hope of exchanges, dissatisfaction with immediate quality, or technical issues with downloads can be sent to support@sportscimed.co.uk.

Age

Those under 16 years of age are required to provide parental/legal guardian’s consent. This person has the right to be present for any appointments.

Changes

We reserve the right to amend or replace the Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Website.

Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland and any disputes that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
